This piece is part of a collection of re-worked pieces. Original art sourced secondhand that couldn't find a new home and I've built a new story upon the old one.
Some wear and tear is present on the original art- yellowing paper, small scratches on frame. All necessary to the history of the piece.
A major part of my process includes repurposing materials that would otherwise be thrown away. Because there's already enough cool stuff in the world and we don't have to start from scratch to make something new.
